My share on what I am focusing on in my business… even though I have been competitively racing as a top age grouper in the Ironman distance triathlon, cycling endurance events, marathon and trail running for over the past twenty years.  I opened my studio in 2010 to offer “all in one” workouts for the busy individual and athlete as everyone, especially athletes, need to add strength training, plyometric, core work, functional movement training, Pilates and yoga each week.  The challenge is always TIME so I created 30 minute small group training sessions for 2-4 clients or group training (scheduled on website) for 5-12 people.  The workouts vary each day and are always focused on variety to help clients reach their goals.

I do love coaching clients for sugar detox, metabolic efficiency, triathlons and running events as well as emphasizing my new focus “Wholestic Coaching” method.  I have spent the last two years recovering from serious stage three adrenal exhaustion and I have learned a lot from my own journey as well as working with many clients over the years.  I co-hosted a podcast on Metabolic Efficiency for almost two years called “Fit Fat Fast” and now started my own podcast since my FFF podcast partner had to leave me.  My new podcast is called “Shut the Front Door!” to continue talking about shocking facts and tricks on metabolic efficiency but also how to “Fuel, Train and Perform your best for sports and life”.  You can find my podcast on iTunes and Stitcher radio plus we are now uploading our past “Fit Fat Fast” episodes on to our “Shut the Front Door!” podcast site.

Now my “Wholestic Coaching” app is released on ITunes with the power and support of Sweetbeat to monitor stress levels, heart rate variability and food sensitivity to help clients perform their best in life and sports even more with the biofeedback.

As I try to practice what I preach… my main focus is on building Fitness Forward Studio to becoming one of the best private fitness studios in the Northwest offering personal training for individuals, small groups of 2-4 in 30 minutes or group training of 5-12 people in 50 minute sessions.  I offer “Wholestic Coaching” for those who need to sugar detox, lose weight, get healthy, feel better, improve their performance and to race faster!
