Debbie is the Owner, trainer and coach of a unique personal training & small group training boutique private fitness studio in downtown Bellevue, WA. Fitness Forward Studio offers amazing total body efficient workouts in 30 or 50 minutes using a variety of tool including free weights, TRX, Rip Trainers, sandbags, kettlebells, medicine balls, wall balls and more plus we implement Pilates mat, yoga, functional strength movements and sport specific exercises into our workouts.
Debbie’s specialties: personal, small group and group personal training,mobility training, functional strength training, TRX suspension training,STOTT Pilates, Yoga, Rehab training, Metabolic Testing, The WHOLESTIC Method coaching, Nutritional Therapy and USAT Triathlon coaching. Debbie also leads her The WHOLESTIC Method Transformation program for groups or individuals to help clients transform to become healthier versions of themselves from the inside out -as well as a more efficient fat burning machine. Debbie coaches clients in person or online and has weekly check in calls as she guides them to eliminate gluten, commercial dairy, soy, corn and peanuts (plus limit/cut alcohol and caffeine) for 21-30 days. The “WHOLESTIC Method” coaching involves clients on the eight WHOLESTIC Method elements: nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, sleep, movement, hydration, digestion/gut health and happiness! The coaching package may include the personal training for local clients or online coaching to become a “WHOLESTIC Athlete”. Debbie has been a competitive athlete for most of her life. She has been a top age group triathlete and runner as well as a 15 Ironman finisher, 5 times Ironman Hawaii World Championship qualifier and multiple Boston Marathon qualifier.
