Bryan Carroll

Bryan Carroll, an outdoor adventure photographer and athlete, has passionately been pursuing a way to integrate many different health practices to better create programs for each individual’s needs in their journey to health. With studies in personal training, physical therapy, movement therapy, functional medicine, neurology, Chinese Medicine, nutritional therapy, and yoga, he is able to seek out the root cause to any injury or ailment, and develop a plan based on your needs to make you successful in reaching your health goals.  His Specialties include:  Injury Rehabilitation/Prevention, Outdoor Sports Training, Endurance Nutrition, Chronic Injuries or health ailments that no one can figure out a cause to… and on People who have tried everything to get better, but have had no luck!  Bryan is available by appointment only.  Mondays 9am-1pm, Tues 9am-1pm, Wednesdays 6am-12pm, Thursdays 10am-2pm.

Dorothy Sager

I help clients optimize their nutrition and physical activity to create their best and happiest life. Feeling great physically and feeling great about how we look makes life grand.  I am a Nutritional Therapist and am certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as an Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer. I apply my experience to help clients manage weight and optimize their health.  As a Wellcoach® I counsel people about the full spectrum of healthy lifestyle habits, creating a personal vision and setting SMART goals to reach their vision.  In my practice I interact with my clients medical providers, review medical history, laboratory results and diagnostic reports as part of a support team to sort through the details and help them create a path to health.

Available:  Mondays and Wednesdays 7am – 2:00 PM and Fridays 12pm to 3pm

Jen MacNiven

Jennifer MacNiven (Jen) is a world traveling photographer, yoga instructor, a former triathlete and is passionate about health, wellness and mindful living.  Jen has her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and worked in the Medical Device industry supporting Neurological Rehabilitation for over 12 years. Jen has been drawn to a path of personal and professional evolution taking her to Bali, India, Peru, Turkey, Australia, and Europe.  In 2013 she moved from Seattle, Washington to Bali and dove into a deep personal practice and teachings of Vinyasa and Yin Fascial yoga …with over 700 YTT hours. She now teaches a complete methodology of dynamic spiral and Yin Fascial Yoga, along with Myofascial Release Therapy (massage), mindfulness and meditation with a principle focus on physical and emotional wellness.  Availability by appointment only: Weekdays 11am – 5:00 PM and group class Tuesdays 7PM or Thursdays 11:30 AM

Kelvin Wallace

Kelvin Wallace Jr. has been in the fitness industry and competing as an athlete for over 25 years. Kelvin presents a vast
knowledge of training for athletes and various abilities and ages. Kelvin’s continuing education in the health and fitness industry helps him improve performance and health levels for clients.

Annelise DiGiacomo

Annelise is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist and earned her Exercise and Science Degree through Lake Washington College. She has been in the fitness industry for 15 years with her own personal experience of improving health, fitness, losing weight and knowing what it takes to start from the ground up by successfully losing 25+ pounds over the years. She believes in continually challenging oneself and pushing your own self-limiting beliefs to be the best version of yourself that you can be.  She is passionate about working with those who struggle in getting started, have a desire to improve body composition, gain strength, get lean and tone-up, improve health and fitness combined with wellness overall.  She has worked with individuals working to improve their blood glucose levels, lower cholesterol, balance hormones, dealing with fatigue and daily stress through the right mix of cardiovascular and strength training modalities, plus support with sleep, stress lowering techniques, proper nutrition and learning to add time for play in their daily lives.  She believes that in order to be successful in all areas of our lives, we need to be our first priority.  Simply making the time to care for self.  We can all make time for health and fitness. With the proper coaching and training, anyone can achieve optimal health and revitalize their health!

Annelise enjoys participating in running events from 5k’s to half marathons, duathlons, and long distance cycling, hiking and snowshoeing. She has completed the STP (Seattle to Portland) bicycle event of 200 miles in one day and leads a team of up to 20 in the annual Bike MS Charity Ride in September.  Through her years of personal experience, plus various coaching certifications in these areas, she enjoys coaching others to do what they feel may be impossible and successfully reach their own finish lines and achieve their performance goals.

As a Heart Zones Level 5 Master Trainer, Annelise specializes in cardiovascular fitness training, designing customized and efficient cardio training programs with the use of a heart rate monitor and the Heart Zones Training Methodology.  At Fitness Forward, she can support anyone looking to improve their cardio fitness, get fit and learn to burn fat through the MyZone in studio training and application. 

As a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Coach, Annelise can help you with making important changes to your eating habits and lifestyle choices, and assist you in overcoming challenges so you can improve your health, get the body you want and reclaim your fitness and health.  She works with those who have busy schedules wanting personal accountability and a coach to help them stay consistent and on track through habit-based coaching.

Other certifications and credentials include: REVO2lution Certified Running Coach, RRCA Certified Running Coach, Certified Metabolic Testing Specialist, and the 2012 Top 10 Personal Trainer to Watch Global Finalist by Life Fitness.  She is currently working towards adding additional Health and Wellness Coaching Certifications. 

Annelise’s Specialties: personal training, small group shared training, TRX Suspension Training, strength training for post-rehab and injury prevention, training for improved body composition habit based Nutrition Coaching, Metabolic Testing and Training, Run Coaching for all levels (5k to Marathon), Triathlon and Duathlon Coaching and Fitness & Wellness Retreats.

Annelise is available for training Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings and Tuesday / Thursday early to mid-afternoons.  Other training appointments times may be available – please contact to discuss preferred training times plus availability. 

Michael Bowman

Michael is an Air Force Veteran of 10 years, and earned his personal trainer credentials through the University of Oklahoma’s Advanced Personal Fitness Trainer certificate program, which consisted of 400 semester hours in Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, Flexibility, Resistance Training, Exercise Prescription, Nutrition, and Business & Management. His fitness interests include Yoga, Martial Arts, High Intensity Interval Training, Intramural Sports, and running.
