SERIES: MELT By-The-Book 3-Week Series: 90 minute sessions In this 3-week beginner-level series, you will learn the foundational self-care sequences from the New York Times Bestseller “The MELT Method” (plus a few extras!) MELT techniques are designed to improve overall mobility, balance, posture, and athletic performance, while decreasing neck, shoulder, and back tension. Learn simple techniques to restore hydration in the connective tissue system, rebalance the nervous system, and facilitate the body’s healing mechanisms. Participants will be on a yoga mat and wearing socks or barefoot. Comfortable exercise wear recommended. Investment: $120 (includes tax and weekly handouts) o r $45 per session.
