Individual Triathlon coaching with Coach Debbie Potts begins anytime you are ready to make the commitment to FUEL-TRAIN-PERFORM with the best. The off season (winter) is ideal time to start coaching to work on becoming FAT ADAPTED as well as improve sport specific technique as well as metabolic efficiency.
Coaching Rates:
- Triathlon Coaching: $279 per month
- Metabolic Efficiency & Fat Loss Coaching: $299 per month includes monthly ME assessment and body fat test.
- Healthy Life Coaching: $279 per month (see fat loss challenge)
- Run Coaching: $179 per month.
Coaching Program Includes:
- Online coaching schedule using the www.trainingpeaks.com program.
- Minimum four month commitment to coaching program.
- Weekly 30-minute meeting with Coach Debbie on the phone, Skype or in person
- Unlimited emails with coach Debbie
- Monthly consultation to review workouts, food log and set new goals
- Establish your annual and quarterly goals.
- Create an individual training schedule based on set “A”, “B” and “C” races
- Nutrition coaching, product discounts, educational articles and resources
- Race day prep, planning and taper plan including fueling and pacing
- Post-race review & evaluation with Coach
FF Run Group Workouts
$50-$75 per month for group workouts (one or two workouts per week)
- Run workouts included in coaching fee
- Weekly workouts emailed to group including details with dynamic warm-up exercises and running drills.
- Wednesday night 4:30PM – 6:00 PM in downtown Bellevue year-round (location varies).
- Fridays 8:30 AM- 9:30 AM at Kelsey Creek Park in Bellevue, WA. Great trails and hills!
- Sunday long runs organized for most weekends on Sundays (Madison Park our favorite starting place)
Coach Debbie: Debbie Potts-Smith is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, USAT Certified level one coach and Newton Natural Running Coach. Debbie offers online coaching for individuals who are looking to lose fat weight, become fat adapted and metabolically efficient.
