Annual Carlsbad Marathon & Half Marathon
Fitness Forward Studio’s Carlsbad Program begins October and runs through race day in January. The program fee includes an online training schedule created by your coach/trainer Debbie Potts. The schedule and coaching support will get you ready and prepared to walk, walk/jog or run a full (26.2 miles) marathon or half (13.1 miles) marathon on race day!

January Race Weekend:
- Monthly training schedule (check-in weekly on-line)
- Weekly workouts Bellevue Track and Friday morning at Kelsey Creek Park.
- Group long runs on Sundays from Madison Park.
- Unlimited coaching support via email.
- Training Peaks online schedule.
- Heart rate training guidelines, tips and articles on fueling and training.
- Nutrition information and weekly food log available via email.
- Tips on injury prevention and improving performance.
- Recommended run-specific strength training and core exercises available.
- Gait analysis, shoe fitting and 10% discount at the Running Elements in Bellevue.
- Discount on Metabolic fitness test.
- Suggested travel arrangements for race weekend.
- Run coaching = $150 per month for four month commitment.
