About Fitness Forward Studio…no we are not “TRX” only workouts

I opened Fitness Forward Studio over five years ago to offer an “all in one” Fitness Studio to help clients fuel better, train smarter and perform their best.  When we first opened in 2010, my focus was on offering total TRX Suspension Training and Circuit Training workouts as it was new and unique.  Over the years,  we have evolved and created a variety of total body workouts as well as core focused, cardio, Pilates mat, mobility and yoga.

Honestly, my pet peeve is hearing people call my studio workouts “TRX”… people would say they are going to “TRX” today instead of Fitness Forward Studio.  Yes saying “TRX” is easier but really we don’t offer only TRX workouts anymore and sometimes we don’t even use the TRX.  We love to offer a variety of styles of workout with rep ladders, circuit style and superset stations as well as a variety of equipment or as I say “toys” to incorporate into the workout of the day.

I would love to have everyone spread the word of our amazing “FITNESS FORWARD” workouts for groups, small groups and invidiuals.  We offer personal training for one person, small groups of 2-4 or groups of 5-12 people.  We offer modifications and variations to accommodate different levels and injuries.  We do not offer “classes” but rather training with an experienced personal trainer/coach to provide proper instruction, form and corrections on alignment.  We want our clients to train for life, slow down the aging process and feel apart of our community.

We guide individuals of all ages to live a fit life and reach their full potential through an innovative, whole body approach. We help our clients improve performance in life and sports with our total body “Wholestic” coaching program.Our workouts offer a total body focus improving functional strength, core strength, mobility, flexibility and movement patters. We use a variety of methods to improve your overall total body strength and mobility using body weight, free weights, kettlebells, sandbags, medicine balls, bands, wall balls, Rip Trainers, TRX and BOSU. Variety is key…never the same workout. You are never looking at the clock in our workouts!
